These shafts come standard on all cues priced over $350.00.      Unlike most shafts currently manufactured, we use only heat dried Maple, therefore, our shafts…1. ARE NOT snow white (even on our most expensive cues) 2. DO NOT have cellular damage from excessive vacuum rates to keep the wood white 3. DO NOT ding and nick every time you accidentally something with it (due to #2) 4. the glue line Is Not harder than the wood by 70% (due to #2) making them nearly impossible to sand without creating flats between the glue lines.      Our construction techniques allow the use of ferrule sizes down to 10mm and standard 13mm shafts still weigh approximately 4.0 oz. providing the necessary balance to the cue.      We can install many different threads or inserts and vary joint size to match your cue. Standard trim collars are black phenolic w/ or w/o NS ring, but we can match many custom rings at an additional cost.      Not a fan of laminated shafts? Ours might surprise you. We offer quality construction, consistent hit angles, increased feedback, with the ferrule size you desire, all at a reasonable price. About 50% of our customers previously shot with a competitors laminated shafts and switched for the feedback and playability ours provides.      Due to increased shipping and wood prices and our proximity to the west coast instead of the east coast prices for our shafts are going from $150.00 to $160.00 as of 6-1-09.
