Welcome to our Customer Reviews page. "This cue has absolutely blown me away with regards to contruction quality and fit/finish. I could ask for nothing more than what Bob has given me with this cue - it both looks fantastic and plays lights out. Bob has proven to me that he is among the top echelone of cue makers." - Zach Smith - Click here to see Zach's cue. "Thanks for the shafts Bob. They look and hit great. I currently shoot with a Mike Bender cue with a predator shaft. Since receiving the shafts from you, the predators are for sale and no longer used. Your shafts are far superior in many ways. First thing is the quality of the wood is much nicer. Second they hit the ball like an old Joss West/Gina Cue hit, meaning they generate more power with less effort. And lastly they seem to stay smoother than the predator. I recommend this shaft to anyone who uses a laminated shaft as I am playing the best pool of my life. I originally bought two 3 months ago, and now just ordered two more so I now have one for each cue that I own. By the way you can’t beat the price either!!" Jeff Miller Bremerton, WA: "Thank you for your reply. I love this cue! I know the cue doesn't make the player but I feel so comfortable using this cue as opposed to others that it just makes my playing that much more relaxed and confident. I shoot very lightly and yet I can "feel" my shots very nicely. I feel that I'm a experienced enough player to know what I like and don't like in a cue and with this one I can't find any problems at all! I do have another question (or two). What type of joint is on my cue? I want to get one of those plastic screw on caps to protect the ends but most of the ones I've looked at don't fit. Do I even need one of those protectors? Every time I disassemble my cue it goes straight into the case. Can I break with this cue? I'm told I have an unusually strong break. I don't miscue on my break shot because I aim very carefully and practice breaking extensively. I believe the break to be the most important shot in the game and because of that belief I'd rather break with the cue I use for the rest of the game. Do you have a website or a brick and mortar store that I could visit? Thanks again sir and just know that this cue always makes me excited to play another game. You did a great job on it!!!" Dan Peloton, WA Dear Bob, I'm sure this new shaft will work as well as the one you made for my Balabuska. I look forward to using it with anticipation and earnest desire. Thank you. Sincerely, Frank T. Bucher, Lewisburg, PA
